ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AND ANALGESIC SOLUTION FOR INJECTION

Composition :
-Phenylbutazone.............................. 200 mg
-Dexamethasone.............................. 0.25 mg

Indications  :
1- The association between dexamethasone and phenylbutazone ensures an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
2- Treatment of primary diseases of the locomotor system.
3- Adjuvant for the secondary treatment of infectious arthritis.
4- Treatment for inflammatory processes in osteopathies, adenopathies, neumopathies, mastitis, to control the associated congestive and painful symptoms.

Targe Spp. : Horses, dogs, cats

Doses & Administration : To be administered intramuscularly or intravenously.
- Adult horses: 30 ml on the first day, 20 ml on the second day and further 10 ml per day for a period of 4-6 days.
- Foals: 10 ml on the first day and then 5 ml per day for a period of 4-6 days.
- Dogs and cats: 1 ml/15 kg live weight for a period of 5 days.

Contraindications :
- Do not administer to animals with degenerative eye diseases, cardiac and terminal phases of nephritis, diabetes, infectious hepatitis in dogs, chronic diseases with irreversible tissue changes and females in the last gestation period.
